28 Jul - Jang Geun-suk has proven that he is indeed Asia’s Prince as he was named the most searched male Korean entertainer in Taiwan for the first half of this year.

According to Kpopstarz website, a data released by Yahoo! Taiwan showed that Jang Geun-suk tops the list, followed by singer-actor Kim Hyun-joong, JYJ’s Park Yoo-chun, “City Hunter” actor Lee Min-ho and “The Moon that Embraces the Sun” star, Kim Soo-hyun.

However, this isn’t the first time that the Hallyu prince has received such an honour. Jang won Taiwan’s top searched single Korean artist at the 2011 Yahoo! Asia Buzz Awards, and he was also number one, not only on Yahoo! Taiwan, but also in Hong Kong, Indonesia and Korea in 2010 – making this a “Triple Crown” win for the star.

Meanwhile, Jang Geun-suk recently finished his Japanese tour, “THE CRI SHOW 2″ in Yokohama with more than 22,000 fans in attendance. Among familiar faces seen at his concert were L’arc-en-Ciel’s Hyde and footballer Hidoteshi Nakata.
